Imaginate Software Labs Pvt Ltd, a startup in the field of Augmented Reality got selected to the world recognized, Government of Chile sponsored business acceleration program called Start-Up Chile. This year, after receiving over 650 applications from 53 different countries, Start-Up Chile announced a list of 100 startup companies that have been selected to be part of its fourth generation.

Imaginate is an Augmented Reality (AR) and Virtual Reality (VR) based technology enterprise, which offers innovative visualization products and services which enhance the consumer experience of reality. It was featured as a Top 10 Indian Product company by NASSCOM for 2011 Product LaunchPAD. Imaginate’s product TRIALAR had obtained widespread recognition from several news media like The Hindu, Mint, Deccan Chronicle, etc. TRIALAR is an intelligent digital apparel and jewellery trial room cum marketing platform, which is built on AR technology. Its founders Hemanth Satyanarayana and Pavan Kosaraju have also recently won the prestigious MIT TR35 2012 India Innovator award.

About the Accelerator: Start-Up Chile is a program created by the Chilean Government, initiated by the Ministry of Economy and executed by Corfo that seeks to attract early-stage high potential entrepreneurs to bootstrap their startups using Chile as a platform to go global. In line with the national goal of converting Chile into the innovation and entrepreneurship hub of Latin America, the program plans to bring 1,000 startups to Chile by 2014.
