TiE Entrepreneurial Summit 2012; ‘The Mahakumbh for Entrepreneurs’ Beckons You
Kumbh Mela is a Hindu pilgrimage, when Hindus gather at the banks of the holy rivers, Ganges and Godavari and take a dip for purification from sins. The Kumbh Mela happens every 12 years at Allahabad, Haridwar, Ujjain, and Nashik, while the Maha Kumbh Mela takes place once every 144 years at Allahabad. The last one took place in 2001 and unlikely, any of us will be around to attend the next one, when it’s held in Allahabad in 2145.
TiE Entrepreneurial Summit (TES) is a mass pilgrimage for entrepreneurs, where delegates gather to cleanse themselves of their past mistakes, unlearn, soak in the knowledge and wisdom from the sages (successful entrepreneurs and industry experts), purify their mind and soul and go back energized and inspired to create successful products and companies and conquer the world. These delegates are the ones, who later come back to the event as successful entrepreneurs to give back to the ecosystem and help and inspire many others to follow their own entrepreneurial dreams to follow the circle of entrepreneurial journey.
Fortunately for these delegates, they don’t have to wait a lifetime or longer to attend the Kumbh Mela for Entrepreneurs. TES, indeed the Kumbh Mela for Entrepreneurs is held every year in Mumbai, Delhi and Bangalore alternately. And Mumbai, a city, where probably Opportunities, Ideas & Resources confluence like no other place is the apt venue for the Mahakumbh every 3 years. The last one happened in 2009 and the next one is just around the corner. TiE Mumbai is going to organize the 7th edition of TES, rightly dubbed as the Mahakumbh for Entrepreneurs in Mumbai on Dec 20-21, 2012.
At TES, entrepreneurs can expect to be inspired, by getting insights from iconic thought leaders in Power Talks. In Gurukul Sessions, they will experience guru-shishya interaction with successful entrepreneurs. Made In India Search gives them an unique opportunity to get introduced and showcased by industry veterans and leaders. Entrepreneurs will be exposed to business opportunities around academic innovations in Entrepreneur- Academia Connect.
Entrepreneurs can get connected with senior entrepreneurs in one-to-one guidance sessions via Mentor Connect. They can connect with accelerators, VCs, PEs and Banks in Investor Connect. In TES Connect, they can find prospective clients, partners and employees. Panel Talks give them an opportunity to meet and hear sector experts on the developments in their domain.
TES gives an opportunity for entrepreneurs to get engaged and create an impression by integrating with the TES experience through various Partnership Opportunities. Entrepreneurs can showcase their enterprise with an experiential booth at TES Bazaar and get together in impromptu discussions with speakers and delegates in Huddle Sessions. Finally, after a hard day’s work, at the gala dinner, let your hair down and mingle with entrepreneurs.
So, if you’re an entrepreneur or aspiring entrepreneur or want to follow your dreams some day, TiE Entrepreneurial Summit 2012 – The Mahakumbh for Entrepreneurs would be waiting for you. Come, take a dip!
