Ready to try out organic farming – Lognathan, Kumar, Small farmers
Meet the typical face of rural India, Lognathan, and Kumar, who have small holdings for agriculture. Having tried chemical fertilisers and pesticides, these farmers are now willing to try out natural and organic practices on a pilot basis, in 50 cents of land. One of the side effects of chemical pesticides, as Loganathan puts it, in Tamil, is that after spraying, he suffers from burning sensation on the back (2:30).
