Founded by Paresh Rajde in 2007, Suvidhaa Infoserve Pvt. Ltd. is an organisation engaged in the e-distribution of G2C (government to citizen)/B2C services through a technology platform. The company has now launched an online portal that provides consumers with services like prepaid mobile and DTH recharge, utility bill payment and bill management services.

Suvidhaa is funded by Norwest Venture Partners, Reliance Venture Asset Management, International Finance Corporation (IFC) - a member of World Bank Group - and Mitsui & Co. Ltd. “With the Indian online consumer base set to double by 2016, from 140 million to over 300 million, the market opportunity for paying bills and recharging online is immense. Suvidhaa.com aims to become the one-stop destination for such consumers by bringing the ‘world of services’ at the click of a button,” says Paresh. Suvidhaa’s consumer website offers a wide variety of services – recharge of prepaid mobile, data card and DTH connections, utility bill payments such as postpaid mobile phone, data card, landline phone, pipe gas connection, electricity, insurance premium and bill management.

Suvidhaa today offers livelihood promotion to over 65,000 retailers (Suvidhaa franchisee) in over 2,800 cities / towns across 28 states serving over 16 million unique customers annually. Suvidhaa’s robust technology platform has the capability to process over 45 million transactions per month for more than 300 service providers / brands across 20 categories of service. Suvidhaa also powers a host of Common Service Centers (CSCs) engaged in the National e-Governance Plan of the Government of India.
