Govind looks at education and financial inclusion sectors. He has experience in investing in several non-profit and for-profit enterprises and currently manages four portfolio organizations.
Prior to LGT VP, Govind worked with Unitus Capital advising micro finance institutions and social enterprises on fund raising and expansion strategy and with Citigroup advising large cap companies in Asia Pacific across M&A’s, IPO’s, and other facets of applied corporate finance such as cost of capital, leveraged buybacks, valuation and financial engineering. Govind is based in Bangalore, India. Govind has a bachelor’s degree from Bombay University, and is a Chartered Accountant.
