A decade ago, every company needed to have a physical presence with an office front and an online presence was optional. Fast forward to present, a startup must have an online presence to be taken seriously, while an official office front is optional, with many companies starting out of homes and scaling up the infrastructure based only on need.

Investing in an office space in most cases is not necessary and in the eyes of most startups, a luxury that they cannot afford. That capital could be easily spent on building their product or hiring talent.

But sometimes, the lack of physical office space pinches. For instance, if there is an important meeting or a sensitive conversation and the local coffee shop is just not private enough. Not just start-ups, many medium sized enterprises, which need to conduct meetings in other cities, may also find it hard to rent a venue, just for a day or a few hours.

To address this problem, Vatika group, which has interests in real estate and hospitality set up the Vatika Business Centre, which offers ready-to-use professional office spaces to match consumers’ business needs.

Vatika Business Centre provides quality serviced and virtual office business solutions. They offer fully equipped private spaces to meeting rooms with video conferencing, high speed internet, 24*7 security, IT service & support and services of reception & pantry to the clients.
