After serving Space Applications Centre – ISRO for 22 years holding various important positions, he opted for voluntary retirement from the Govt. of India job and joined as Professor, TALEEM Research Foundation, Ahmedabad. Dr Sinha also worked for two years as Communication Advisor to the Royal Danish Embassy in New Delhi for their health sector programme.
He is pursuing his interest in Health Communication. For last four years he is actively involved in providing understanding and skill on Behaviour Change Communication to health communication personnel working with different provincial governments. He is also on the National and State level committees to work for strengthening development communication efforts for rural India.
Dr. Sinha visited Sweden, Canada, and US Universities on fellowship. He is
life member of more than half a dozen of national professional bodies and worked as member on a few national and international committees.
He contributed two books, co-edited two books and published scholarly papers and chapters in more than dozen books and journals of national and international repute. He is referee for three international journals and two major publishing houses in India.
