Integrating the whole business of producing fresh vegetables to the Quick Service restaurants like mc donalds, kfc, dominos pizza etc. Mr. POONEN has recruited the people from rural hinterlands who know the key factor of Hygiene in this management. The entire process starting from planning and procuring theraw material (several types of vegetables), storing them in the right way at the plant, managing a sanitized environment at the plant to pre-prepare these vegetables into required shapes, sizes and packaging, bringing down product temperature using a chill chain and in some case managing the deliveries to the cold rooms in the multi location outlets within cities.

FUTURE AHEAD

By using modern communication tools like emails and reporting have inspired some of our workers to take the farming opportunity back to their houses for gainful employment to other members of their families. Interaction with the highly qualified people from Customer QA and Supply Chain and thereby improve their own skills and raise the performance bar
