I chose to relinquish further education in college in order to fulfil my ambitions”.

Harsha started off with a few designs in his kitty that he had acquired from his experience in Assam. He improved on his designs and conceptions during his working stint with few professional artists from Mumbai, and soon was a master at it. Later he moved to Vadodara and opened his studio in 2006, by the name ‘Demonink’. He started with a modest budget and a borrowed tattoo machine of his friend.

In the beginning, business was slow and there were a few enquiries and it was only during festivals, parties or marriages that there were considerable business enquiries. So Harsha devised a way to overcome the situation and equipped himself with better and unique designs. His innovative methods worked wonders and the result was a boom in tattoo seekers. On Harsha’s agenda are – 1) import tattoo machines from the USA as these would enhance and bring in a more professional outlook to his work, 2) explore his creativity and create his designs, 3) Set up a school for tattoo art in Gujarat
