It is no secret that in our fair country, the glint and the glamour of the silver screen and its adjoining counterparts have been the focal point of many a citizen’s fantasy. Watching the larger than life images of our home grown superstars has incited and inspired many success stories. Karan Bhatt is one of these stories but his dream is to help other fulfill theirs.

“Full O Dreamz” is an entrepreneurial venture of Karan’s creation. The Young Entrepreneur presents his venture to us all saying “Full O Dreamz” Entertainment & Hospitality, is a company dedicated to serve the needs of a dynamic shining India. We are a group of young professionals investing our time in developing and grooming young people for various service industries. It is one of the youngest and new Agencies of India, It is an Event Management, Modeling & Talent Casting and we have a huge database of models, singers, actors, promoters, anchors, dances specializing in various fields. We have more than 700 Models (Indian and Non Indian) in our database. We have done more than 50 Events in last one year.”

Karan has great news for those seeking to make a splash in the Indian film industry; he announces “Soon we are going to start casting for Bollywood movies and south movies. So we will be promoting our models and actors into that. Apart from casting we do event also, where models, promoters can join us as freelancer. We do all kinds of events and all our India. Soon we are opening our office in Mumbai.”

Their fabulous workforce exists under different standards, and is encouraged to make headway on their own. Karan says “We have a contract with our every model for one year, but we don’t keep them in any kind of bond, while working with FoD they can work with any one as freelancers.”

“When a model/actor signs a contract with us, will promote them in the fashion and glamour industry for next one year, we charge 30% as commission what every work they get from our side.”

His entrepreneurial fire was lit by the spark of reason. Karan says “The reason is very simple; I don’t like to work into a fix time frame. You don’t need to wait for a month starting to get your salary. I feel good when I am providing jobs to young boys and girls of India.” 

“Having an IT Background and no family support to start my own entertainment company was the biggest challenge for me. But I found the right people at the right time to support me and they join & starting promoting my in my company.” 

He has previously had to contend with challenges of the cloak and dagger variety, he reveals “There were couple of girls who want to join this company as freelance model/casting coordinator, I recruited them but end of the day they were stealing the data of the company like client details, model bank …”

Despite the minor stumbling blocks “Full O Dreamz” is making steady strides forward. Karan says “Growth is good, as we have our head office in Delhi/Gurgaon, opening office in Mumbai very soon, then next month opening office in Kolkata. Apart from that we have tie up with many event companies in different states, who work for us, in different project.”

He is very proud of his company’s achievements, and mentions one in particular saying “As the event company our first event and first tie up with the corporate was DLF, it was a proud movement for the company that we got the first event from DLF and still we are handling most of events of DLF’s mall in Delhi/NCR.”

Known for working within budget and being the best, Karan and “Full O Dreamz” is headed for the top of the mountain. His ascendancy there is assured by his hard work, and willingly he shall remain there for many a day.
