NSIC displays Engineering and Manufacturing Technology at Techmart India 2009

The Pavillion “Techmart India 2009” by the National Small Industries Corporation Ltd. (NSIC), under the Ministry of Micro, Small & Medium Enterprises, was inaugurated by the Minister of State (Independent Charge) of MSME, Shri Dinsha Patel at the 29th India International Trade Fair in Pragati Maidan. This annual event is a centre stage for keeping abreast with latest technology development in the Indian Micro, Small & Medium Enterprises Sector (MSME).
The pavilion carries different exhibitory materials viz. working models trans-slides, banners posters displaying engineering and manufacturing technology and the entire range of associated industries. This year about 200 enterprises are participating from the States of Delhi, Himachal Pradesh, Maharashtra, Kerala, Gujarat, Madhya Pradesh, Uttar Pradesh, Haryana, Chhattisgarh etc.
NSIC is also showcasing the stand-alone technologies viz. C-Brick manufacturing machine, soya milk making machine, nails making machine, corrugated box making machine, industrial furnace and note book making machine, oil expeller, granules making machine, dairy product, food processing, belt fasteners etc. The other attractions include special exhibition of Central Wool Development Board, Jodhpur and display of products of the associated units belonging to women entrepreneurs and schedule caste/schedule tribe.
