- Is the VC attuned to my sector and has prior experience in similar domain?
- Is the VC ready to invest good amount of time regularly to help me form strategic tie ups, relationships?
- Is the VC empathetic to my challenges and tuned into my plans?
- Is it just about increasing the valuation or is it also about building values?
I know these questions might seem a little soft but time and again it has been proved that successful VC funded ventures are those where the Investor is more of a partner in all the terms and mentor then just a financial associate.
