Is the VC attuned to my sector and has prior experience in similar domain?
Is the VC ready to invest good amount of time regularly to help me form strategic tie ups, relationships?
Is the VC empathetic to my challenges and tuned into my plans?
Is it just about increasing the valuation or is it also about building values?
I know these questions might seem a little soft but time and again it has been proved that successful VC funded ventures are those where the Investor is more of a partner in all the terms and mentor then just a financial associate.
