Indian Institute of Information Technology and Management, Gwalior launches Entrepreneurship Cell

Information Technology has no boundaries because information can’t be stopped from spreading. The Entrepreneurship Cell of IIITM Gwalior aims to remove these barriers and rejuvenate the lost spirit amongst the students to compete with the best through their own ideas and creativity.
Indian Institute of Information Technology and Management, the first IIIT of the nation, has been a pioneer in IT education since its establishment in 1997. It has a plentiful of success stories of its students becoming top entrepreneurs of the country and competing with the masters of their domain.
The new century minds carry a one common dream. This is the entrepreneurial dream of self-employment, to bring ideas into reality. It is the freedom to start, grow, and cash in a new business. An entrepreneur is someone who dares to start an idea, the ability to build and develop his own.
The E-Cell of Indian Institute of Information Technology and Management, Gwalior is being established with the objective of creating, fostering and spreading the spirit of entrepreneurship among the technocrats of the institute and youth of the nation. This step is being taken by the institute to provide a basic platform to those mind masters who have the excellence to govern an organization with brilliant ideas.
The prime activities under the E-Cell include:
* Pioneer – The International B-Plan Competition
* Entrepreneurship Summit
* B-Idea Competition and a plethora of other activities
The objectives of E-Cell are to provide exhaustive knowledge on the trends in current scenario from both the technology and management domain, inculcate entrepreneurship amongst the budding minds to synchronize their ideas and innovativeness, prepare the students to battle out the toughest challenges facing them ahead and conduct core research and develop real life solutions for the corporate industry.
The team at E-Cell strive to do the same things in a different manner if our objectives make it similar to the e –cell of any other institute. Time shall prove our sincere efforts in building successful ventures and nesting their dreams till they turn into reality.
