They merge eco-social ethics with the art of the party and blaze trails for sustainable event planning and products.It all started a few years ago when Sustainable Party founder, Emily Doubilet, was working for a pioneering triple-bottom-line environment / social good / profit company. She created and implemented a range of sustainability policies throughout the company, from purchasing to event-planning, conferences to board meetings, and just about everything in between.

She was shocked by how much waste was generated from these events, and by how often people choose polluting products, such as traditional plastic cups. Furthermore, there was no clear resource available online for sustainably minded event planners to get advice and find the products they need in one place.

In order to meet this need, to provide a one-stop-shop for people looking to green their events and their lifestyle without sacrificing on fun, Sustainable Party was born.
