Click2Reach(www.click2reach.in) is a product of WebMantra Techologies. Click2Reach is India's one of the largest business and entertainment portals. It has lots of features for the youth, professionals, and businessmen. In the website there are modules like News, Blogs, Fanbook, Online Games, Mobile Locator, Live Radio, Live TV, etc. We are currently in talks with a couple of digital marketing agencies and organisations who want to outsource their social media requirements.
When was this started? What is the size of the team? Are you looking at hiring?
The business was started during April 2009. There are 25 Members in our team to manage the website daily. Yes, we are looking at hiring smart people to join us.
What technologies were used to build the platform?
We have used PHP & Mysql platform for the website with JavaScript and Ajax.
What is your outreach strategy?
Click2Reach is completely free online portal. At one level, we're completely different. We are a free service providing company, building a specific online media by 2012. Our company is going to publish a magazine with many more new ideas.
What are the challenges faced while outreach?
In the first few days of going live, I was very happy when I have seen our analytics that 50-100 visitors are visiting the website on a daily basis. That says it all - the biggest joy as an entrepreneur is probably to create something new and intelligent, which is also useful to people. That is what gives us our biggest kick. The biggest challenge for any entrepreneur is probably self-doubt. I think entrepreneurs are programmed to be able to convince other people, but what probably can really challenge an entrepreneur is self-doubt. I know that is a very generic statement.What are your market differentiators?
We believe that content is the most important thing differentiating brands on the web. Our main focus on content and R.O.I for our visitors is what make us stand apart from the crowd. I also believe that online portal is something the youth can understand more and thus a very young team definitely plays to our advantage.
What is the size of the market your are trying to capture?
We want to promote our website all over India. We want to reach out to youth from all over India, professional and business people. Till the date our team members are working to upgrade the website with lot more features and every time they are working to provide the visitors user friendly interface.
Tell us about founders background.
Click2Reach is a dream project of my life. I have passed B.Tech in Computer Science. I am from Kolkata. I have started my comany WebMantra Techology in April 2009. We have created several successful websites in last two years. We do not have any specific tie-ups. We are now looking for good Investors for our business. With an enormous passion for entrepreneurship, I draw my influence from Young and successful entrepreneurs like Mark Zuckerberg and Mark Bao.
Anything else that you want to share with us.
We have started the website with 50-100 visitors/daily. But now we having 40,000+ visitors/daily. We expect by the end of 2011 we will reach 1,00,000 visitors/daily basis.
Are you looking at raising funds?
The company has been entirely self-funded till now. But with a lot of innovative products in the pipeline, we are in the lookout for funding.
