Mohit Bhatnagar, Managing Director, Sequoia Capital India will be part of the panel at TechSparks Delhi. TechSparks 2010 was conceived to bring to light the Indian companies that are taking shape at this exciting moment and the companies that promise to deliver and take product technology to the next stage in India.Mohit is currently a Managing Director with Sequoia Capital India and serves on the board of Ujjivan Microfinance, Prizm Payments, Comviva, Ideacts, IMI Mobile & Nazara. Prior to joining Sequoia Capital, Mohit served as the Senior Vice President at Bharti Airtel where he helped scale the business from a few states operation into a leading national wireless carrier. Earlier, Mohit co-founded Bright pod, a wireless startup in the US, by orchestrating a spin off from Ericsson Mobile Systems. Mohit has received an MBAfrom UNC Chapel Hill and an MSEE from Virginia Tech.
Each Regional RoundTable will be characterized by two focussed activities -a Panel Discussion featuring key stakeholders in the startup ecosystem and an Open House where entrepreneurs, for the first time, will be given the opportunity to ask any question to any panelist and engage in meaningful discussions and not just be a spectator.
The idea is to have an absolutely open interaction over the topic of discussion, which will be – ‘Out of the Garage, Into the Market.’ Other panelists at TechSparks Delhi include Vikas Jain,Co-Founder and Business Director, Micromax and Vijay Shekhar Sharma, Founder and MD, One 97.
