Panel Discussion Flow:
My Story - My Insight: The panelists start or end with a single thought or idea that summarizes the essence of their learning about the topic.
Total time per panel member – 7 minutes, Total time – 1 hr, 15 mins
The Melting Pot : Panel Members to engage in a round table discussion focusing on common themes that emerged during the first round, exchanging and developing ideas etc. While round table discussion takes place, participants will be provided chits of paper on which they will need to write down their question and the name of the panelist they wish to address their question to.
Total time: 45 mins
Q&A Round: After the round table discussion, 1 chit for each panel member will be picked and the panel member will provide an answer for the same. The remaining queries will be emailed to the panel member and answers to the same will be sent to the participants after the conference
Total time: 30 minutes
The final 'Aha!' : Each member summarizes their take away from the discussion and what it means for the participants
Total time: 20 minutes
Personal discussions : Participants break out into small groups with the panelists who they believe their questions resonate most with, and have a more involved session over dinner
