We are seeking individuals who are up for a challenge, are passionate about India and social change to join our young (always young at heart!) and ever passionate team at Rang De. There are absolutely no boundaries for your role at Rang De.
Having said that, we would like to give you a fair idea of what to expect, here are a few areas that you will be responsible for:
  • Evaluations of our NGO partners and beneficiaries through field audits.
  • Publishing and Disseminating audit reports among all our stake holders.
  • Interacting with our field partners to develop relevant audit mechanisms when required.
  • Work with the operations team to develop effective communication mechanisms to enhance transparency.
  • Travel to the heart of India and work with the community to develop deep rooted relationships with the communities and field partners we work with.
  • Work with other team members to fulfill the organisation’s goals.
The role of the Manager will not be restricted to the above responsibilities. Often, the individual will be expected to go beyond the call of duty!
You can expect to get paid anywhere between 180,000 p.a. – 240,000 p.a in addition to a great work environment and the satisfaction of contributing to social change! If you have the following skills, knowledge and attitude it may not be a challenge to work as Manager – Social Audit & Partnerships!
Essential:
  • Master’s Degree in Social Work
  • Excellent Communication skills
  • Documentation and report writing skills
  • Great communication in social media
  • Fluent communication in English & Hindi
  • Willingness to travel
  • Ability to accept challenges
  • Work with different teams
  • Proficient in MS Office and use of internet
Desirable, but not essential
  • Experience in community work
  • Graduation in Arts or Journalism
  • Experience in content writing
