Founded by two b-school grads and a college dropout, AdsKaro has grown from the 3 founders to a 53 member strong team in less than 2 years. AdsKaro was founded on February 14th 2010 with an aim to provide complete advertising solutions.Founders
Mohan and Murali Agarwal, both MBA holders from S.P.Jain Center of Management have specialized in the field of Finance and Marketing respectively. Mohan takes care of most of the critical decisions of the company and Murali handles the marketing and operations.
While Ashish Agarwal, the street smart college dropout specializes in handling new product lines relating to eCommerce, SEO and related operations. The Agarwal trio stumbled upon the idea of starting AdsKaro at a family gathering and that’s when founding stone was laid.
Services provided
Starting with Basic SMS and Web Solutions, AdsKaro diversified into other Print and Electronic Advertisement solutions. Currently AdsKaro provides a variety of solution ranging from E- Commerce Solutions to SMS to Transit advertising.
Many a times, SME’s face difficulties in selecting the right source of advertising and deciding the right budget. AdsKaro helps SME’s to evaluate the right opportunities and hence advertise accordingly.

“We have clients ranging from best of the business houses in India to the small startups. Clients belong to almost all industry verticals but retail industry leads the pack for us”, Ashish tells us.
“Some of our Big clients are Reliance Trends, Reliance AutoZone, Timex, Tata Steel, MegaMart, Bajaj Allianz Insurance, Zoom Television and Club Mahindra”, adds Ashish.
How does AdsKaro advertise itself?
“We strongly believe in online advertisement solutions (Google, yahoo, FaceBook, Rediff etc) apart from the traditional media which helps for a lot of new customer acquisitions. We approach a lot of startups for the entire web solutions and then word of mouth references works the best for our services”, informed Murali.
AdsKaro believes the Advertising Industry to grow faster than other industries and in this competitive environment, it considers its online portal selling advertisement solutions to be a huge value addition to small and medium business.
AdsKaro has two pricing models for their customers; Cost plus Profit Model and Commission on Sales Model.
