eTechies.in Now Operational in Bangalore

eTechies.in, India’s first organized “Door-step, Online and Phone” technical support and repair service for desktops, laptops, printers and other digital devices, launched its services in Bangalore today. They are located at 91, 2nd Floor, J.C. Road.

A little over a month back eTechies raised $2 million in Series A funding from Investus Capital Partners.

Speaking about launching their services in Bangalore, Rohit Chaudhary, co-founder & CEO, eTechies.in said, “With remote support being provided to all the customers’ pan-India, establishing a dedicated in-house technical repair centre appeared as a considerable option to initiate in Bangalore.”

Consumers and small businesses in Bangalore can now call eTechies' national toll free number 1 800 102 3311 to avail the services.

In order to provide standardized service, the centre includes a Quality Control Department for Testing. eTechies provides remote support for multiple customer needs - be it a software glitch, mail problem or a hardware repair.
