Ankur Khandelwal started his career as trainee engineer in the telecom industry. After a short spell in the corporate sector, Ankur left his job to pursue entrepreneurial venture. The company started with just 5 employees and rapidly created a mark on the telecom sector in North-East India. Today, the team is 25 members strong. CNS provides end to end solutions to telecom sector.
Their total services include:
“We were assigned a site in Khasi Hills (Meghalaya). The site location was interior and nearly inaccessible. It was on the top of the hill and the only way to reach there was 10 kms walk on hills. But as we committed to do that, our team reached that site in one day. In other instance, once the floods (in Assam) affected the entire network of Barpeta district. A very typical condition for any operator: we were told in late night to restore the network the very next day early morning. We planned the whole activity in just three hours and moved 12 people including 2 engineers towards the site. After 6 hrs of hard work, we made it and the work was lauded by the Vodafone team,” says Ankur explaining the level of dedication he has instilled in his employees.
CNS is looking for funding to expand its business in other circles of India in coming year and is looking to start manufacturing towers and shelters in next 3-4 years.
