mCarbon is a platform product company in network Value-added services space. The company has developed Greenroom, a unique and first of its kind “network app store”. This enables the company to quickly roll-out various network based products in diverse consumer segments including Voice, Data, SMS and devices. mCarbon’s Greenroom is a network app framework deployed across leading operators in India. mCarbon is already servicing total base of over 400 million subs across all major telcos in India.

Rajesh Razdan co-founded mCarbon with Brij Mohan Mahendru to create a compelling platform that would add value to telecom operators by tapping the immense potential that the sector offers. As Co-founder and Director of mCarbon, Rajesh drives the revenue of the organisation, a role that entails him to wear multiple hats – developing and tweaking product ideas, selling it and then ensuring that it is executed to the fullest by the customer. He plays a key role in all strategic partnerships that the company enters into and is also responsible for raising funds for the organization. mCarbon has been growing at over 100% since its inception in 2007. The firm is based out of Noida, NCR.

Green Room Platform: Greenroom is a network applications store that enables operators to launch multiple products at reduced time and costs. It also serves as an enabler for independent application developers, who can develop on top of platform – significantly reducing their time-to-market. Products offered include Call Manager, Call/SMS Filter, SMS analyzer and Channel 99, a WAP magazine. The platform exposes location, profile and various usage analytics to various auxiliary systems to ensure higher CEM (customer experience management).The platform supports standalone and complete cloud based virtualized deployment environments.

mNet: mNet is the first of its kind telco oriented CEM platform which on usage analytics including various touch points of voice, sms and data within the operator’s network to give a more differentiated experience to the customer, while increasing customer stickiness. The platform leverages these data points and presents a uniform layer to an operator to exchange within its user base and also interact via public social network.

mCarbon’s network appstore, Greenroom enables faster and cost effective delivery of services to end-consumers via MNOs. Various products that ride on this platform ensure faster time to market, lesser integration nuances and differentiated customer experience. The core platform brings vitality in services by using recommendation, consumer profiling & social networks. For operators, mCarbon’s services enable higher customer retention along with an increase in average revenue per user.mCarbon’s main customers include Airtel – Call Manager, Start Stop, DNC, Gifting platform, voice call complete, VAS referral system, World SIM, Idea – Call Manager, Channel 99 Magazine, Vodafone – DNC voice/sms, DoCoMo – Call Manger, DND voice/SMS, RBT , campaign manager.

mCarbon has already secured Series A funding from Canaan Partners.
