iWeekend Impact at ISB in August

This August, at iWeekend Impact, social entrepreneurs and other professionals will get a chance to do just that when 60+ participants of various profiles are expected to meet up and share ideas, spread hope, enthusiasm and positive energy on how to make this world a better place through the development of social ventures. Entrepreneurs will present their ideas on the first day and some of those ideas will be worked upon for the rest of the weekend.

After a successful first iWeekend Impact at IIM Ahmedabad in March, the event is back – this time in Hyderabad.

iWeekend Impact will take place at the Indian School of Business, Hyderabad from August 24th to August 26th, 2012. The event aims to bring together social entrepreneurs, NGOs, technologists, designers, marketers, content writers, students, finance & legal professionals who are looking to start their own social enterprise or are enthusiastic about contributing their skills and talent to a social project. The ultimate goal of each venture should be to create social impact.

The event counts with multiple partners and mentors and promises to be a great learning and networking opportunity for the participants. With Mentoredge as mentoring partner, The Hatch as the accelerator partner, Entrepreneur Magazine and ThinkChange India as media partners, and organizations like NEN, NSEF, AIESEC joining in as outreach partner, the event is set to become, like all previous iWeekends, an unforgettable learning experience for everyone involved.
