There are a lot of preachers to the "it's all in your head" philosophy; even in one of our recent interviews, Dr. Sridhar Vembu, CEO ZOHO, said the same. The iPhone 5, for a change hasn’t got rave reviews but omnipresent Apple Fanboys have almost been blinded. The "Apple is god" mentality is pervasive and a word against it doesn’t go well with the high on enthusiasm Apple devotees. Taking nothing away from Apple and its greatness, sometimes one feels, we’re just taking it a bit too far.

Just to demonstrate this, The Jimmy Kimmel show, a popular show in the US demonstrated how you can have a hearty laugh. All you need is a bunch of Apple fan boys, an old iPhone 4S and and a lie. How? Watch this video:

[Warning: Not for people with weak abdominal muscles]

There are a lot of takeaways from this for an entrepreneur, shedding light on how good branding helps, how perception matter, how people blindly trust a cult brand and so on. But we will leave that for you to take. If not for anything else, it’s just for laughs!

And yes, if you already haven’t rote the specs, here is a brief comparison:
