[YSTV] What makes Dexetra an awesome startup workplace?

At YourStory jobs fair, the makers of Friday and Iris were the winners of our awesome startup workplaces contest. The announcement of the companies happened before the actual job fair itself and they carried a lot of the awesome quotient forward into the their countless interactions with the 5000 odd people who have come to the event.

At the end of the event, we caught an exhausted Narayan and just before they could step out of the auditorium for a quick byte. Here's what he had to say -

"I think our office is one of the coolest offices in the startup space. From Xboxs, to bean bags, to guitars to everything, we have made all the attempts to make the developers feel at home. At the same time, the developers need to take a sense of ownership, and if you give them this kind og environment, more often than not, they do."
