Gautam SInha

Gautam Sinha, an alumnus of XLRI Jamshedpur has previously co-founded three companies, two of which failed but the third one was a success.

After two failed companies that fell victim to the dot com bust, Gautam founded TVA Infotech, an IT recruitment company in 2000. The company went on to become the market leader in the IT recruiting space in the south of India. A pioneer in recruitment outsourcing much before the term ‘RPO’ was conceived, TVA became a 100+ company before being acquired by Allegis Group Inc, the largest staffing company in the USA, in March 2008. After TVA’s acquisition.

Gautam then moved to Mumbai and a couple of years, founded MyFirstCheque which seeks to convert professionals who are hesitant to take the first step due to lack of finance, into entrepreneurs.

This book draws from his own experience and will give a first hand account into running a company and the struggles an entrepreneur goes through.

The first chapter of the book is up for grabs and the Facebook page is active here.
