The Indian Habitat Centre in Delhi was host to TechSparks 2013. The multi city event is in its 4th edition now and the Delhi edition saw more than 300 people in attendance. We had some illustrious speakers like Deep Kalra of Makemytrip, Amit Ranjan of SlideShare and Kavin Bharti Mittal of Hike. Along with some great learnings from the speeches, an engaging panel discussion and some amazing networking, 3 of the city sparks pitched. Here are the 3 companies that demoed:

Airwoot is a New Delhi based social media listening and analytics startup. . It is a smart support helpdesk which uses natural language processing techniques to filter the relevant support queries from the social chatter and prioritize the responses. For brands who’re having a tough time listening to what users are throwing at them on social media, Airwoot intends to help by providing the brand with support so that it can prioritize and take the necessary action in real time.

zoop

Zoop, a new AR app by Gamooz, developed using cloud recognition technology, can add life to the pictures in newspapers, magazines, books, brochures, posters etc. Zoop is a combination of utility with entertainment which delivers useful content to the users and also keeps them entertained and engaged at the same time. It supports 1 million plus trackable images in the cloud. Gamooz is an augmented reality apps development company, based out of Gurgaon.

Note: These are 3 companies pitching at the TechSparks Delhi edition and it doesn’t mean that the others who have applied from Delhi won’t be considered for the Top 30 which will be presented at the TechSparks Grand Finale in Bangalore on 4th & 5th October 2013.
