Fitness startup Stepathlon joins hands with Britannia NutriChoice for 2013 run

Entering into fitness partnership with Stepathlon for ‘virtual race’ is Britannia NutriChoice, the makers of healthy snacks. Stepathlon is a pedometer-based, mass participation corporate initiative that motivates individuals to take 10,000 steps a day for 100 days, as recommended by global health authorities. It is a race around a 'virtual world' for companies of all sizes, across all industries and countries.

Commenting on the partnership, Anuradha Narasimhan, Director- Marketing, Britannia Industries said, “The reality of today is that people consume health in mind but don’t act on it. We believe that even small yet smart choices can lead to an Active Life. Stepathlon is an important initiative in this direction; it motivates people to give up sedentary behavior and get into a habit of staying active. Firstsource will have Stepathletes from India, Sri Lanka, Philippines, the UK and the US engaging in the ‘virtual race’.
