A lot of entrepreneurship is about exploring uncharted territories, and innovation is key to a company’s survival. So how does a company innovate? That has been a perennial problem among entrepreneurs. But an even bigger problem is when a company actually reaches scale. How do you continue to innovate, despite the growing size of your organisation, especially in the marketing department, which requires it the most? Well, this time at TechSparks, we’re bringing a veteran who has all the answers to this very problem.
