PES 2015 will feature a completely re-worked shooting system and passing options for next Gen Consoles, PS4 and Xbox One

Pro Evolution Soccer 2015, the latest iteration of the popular console and PC game from Konami, is all set to dazzle gamers with all new levels of on field realism.

Gamers will get to experience a ' variety of unrestricted shooting styles ' and passing options. The new shooting system will give gamers' a more varied array of shooting styles, while keeping the players in control of the power and direction. New physics routines will also be used for final pass options, making it more adaptive and more life-like when a player is in the field.

PES 2015’s advanced FOX engine will bring new game advancements with it which includes new animations for over 1,000 players, more detailed and responsive crowds, a new real-time lighting effect that will better simulate the changing light during a day match or the floodlights for a night game.

The PS4 version of the game will run at 1080p, 60 frames per second, no confirmation if similar features will be offered for the Xbox One version yet.

IIT Delhi and National Service Scheme develop 'Safe Hands' for womens' safety

The Android app named, 'Safe Hands' can be used to send distress messages to contacts in dangerous situations with a single press of a button. Also one of the most unique features of the app is that it does not require an internet connection to work.

The distress message would contain the location of the user-latitude and longitude-and their distance from a nearby location deemed a 'safe spot, this information can be used by the receiver to summon immediate help from relatives or a competent authority '. The database of safe spots will be pre-stored in the app.

The location of the user is determined using GPS, eliminating the need of an active internet connection.

The app has also won several awards, including Nina Saxena Excellence in Technology Award by IIT Kharagpur and Gandhian Young Technological Innovation Award by IIM Ahmedabad.

Apple hires sales Executive from Swiss watchmaker,Tag Heuer for its iWatch division

Patrick Pruniaux, who was the Vice President for Sales at Tag Heur, a part of the Luxury Goods group LMVH, will be leaving the company to join Apple. The luxury conglomerate LVMH owns brands as diverse as Louis Vuitton and Hennessey.

With Apples iWatch expected to be released in October this year, this was an expected move from Apple. There are speculations that the Apple's iWatch will not just be about health and fitness, but also about aesthetics, good looks and luxury, which the company is well known for. This is where the experience and knowledge of Patrick Pruniaux will play an important role for Apple.

 

Motorola to roll out Android 4.4.4 KitKat update for Indian users of Moto E, Moto G, Moto X in a week

Motorolla fans have something to cheer this week. Keeping up to its promises of regular updates, Motorola India recently tweeted,' We've begun rolling out Android, KitKat, 4.4.4 for Moto E, Moto G & Moto X this week in India! Expect an update on your #Moto soon!"

The Android 4.4.4 update will bring several stability and security fixes as well as a new dialer and an improved interface. Also new with the update is wider availability of Moto Alert, a feature that had debuted originally on the Moto E. Another feature that has made its way to the MotoX and the Moto G is the ability to pause and subsequently resume a video recording.
