STEP 1: The first step is all about ‘knowing’ your current situation fully. You have complete awareness of your own self as well as the surrondings, you are in. In this stage, focus should be to free your mind from any form of resistance from within for the without.
STEP 2: In this step you enjoy your ‘being’ by remaining in total sync with the ‘isness’ with a full acceptance state of mind. Your focus should be towards staying non-judgemental.
STEP 3: Lastly, you advance into the state of ‘doing’ with whole conciousness and non-attachment towards the results (both positive and negative) of your actions.
