Aren’t you looking for best back exercise then I can say you are into right place. If you tends to work out to be well fit and then probably your ultimate aim would be building “V-shape” structure that make you more powerful and even more dominant.

To acquire a V-shape you need to focus on building key muscles of your back like

• Deltoids

• Lats

• Oblique

Not these muscles will help to get manly back and there are some other benefits of adding back exercise of all time routine

- They strengthen your spine and neck for improved back

- Helps in improving core strength for day to day function fitness

- Helps to reinforce your body against getting hurt.

These following back exercise that gives you defined strengthen and look to your back

Pull Ups

Place your hand on straight bar with wider shoulder and bend your leg back on 90 degrees with head looking forward. Gently lift your body until your chin cross over the bar.

Barbell Rows

Start with bending your body forward and bring your back straight while head looking down with leg and shoulder wider apart. By holding a barbell in your hands slowing lift your weight to mid-section.

T-bar Rows

Placing barbell on floor with adding 40lb to the bar. Grip the barbell with head and back looking straight while leg should be slightly bended. Gently lift the barbell upward to mid-section and release down gently.

One-arm Dumbbell Rows

Placing one leg on the bench in bended position and other one flat on the ground. Bend yourself forward which back straight and head looking down. Slowly raise your hand with weight to your mid-section and then lower your position.

Barbell Shrugs

Grip your hand on the bar with slightly wider shoulders in a neutral grip. Thus make sure you look forward, shoulder and feet wider and a straight back. Gently lift the barbell upwards with arms straight.
