All goals should be SMART

When it comes to setting goals with your team, ensure that the objectives are SMART – Specific, Measurable, Attainable, Relevant, and Time-related. The more specific the goal is, the more likely it is that your team can achieve it successfully. The goal has to feel like a milestone and be crucial to the overall strategy. Create a plan

Share your vision with your team
