Milkbasket wants to be your online corner shop for daily essentials
The concept is pretty simple. Put all your daily essentials – milk, bread, eggs – into the shopping basket and head to bed. Whatever is in your basket will arrive at your doorstep between 5.00 am and 7.00 am the next morning. Without having to check out, or key in your payment details. Milkbasket, the Gurugram-based hyperlocal delivery app, is basically using tech to make your life easier. And in the process, doing away with the need to make last-minute grocery lists or runs to the nearby corner shop.

The app, which basically runs on user-generated content, was alleged to have been responsible for “misleading children” and the impressionable demographics with “vulgar content”.
