Rahul Bhagchandani founded Youth Connect at the age of 17, and currently chairs Youth Connect Foundation, a youth-focused public policy non-profit. Rahul is also the Honorary CEO of Gujarat University Startup and Entrepreneurship Council (GUSEC) and recently coordinated on the development of Student Startup and Innovation Policy for Government of Gujarat.
