ANGA 3D Bioprinter

The Anga Bio 3D printer is our second generation 3D bio-printer manufactured by Alfatek Systems under the make in India programme of Indian Govt.

The ANGA is highly customizable with upto 2 extruders of syringe pump or pneumatic type, heated bed, temperature control and sterilization options.

Basic Information

Alfatek Systems is an IIT-IIM venture in 3D printing and electronics prototyping for the last 8 years in India. They have more than 100 installations of bio 3D printers, and FDM printers, mostly at IITs, central Govt R&D, and reputed institutions all over India. They also have a very active R&D and collaboration program with institutions like AIIMS, IISc, SCTIMST, IITs. Their flagship product, Anga Bio 3D printer is manufactured by them, is a single or dual extruder syringe pump machine compatible with standard 5 ml and 10 ml syringes that can 3D print structures on a petri dish, well-plate, glass slides, or placebo films. It can be used to print living cells mixed in various bio-ink formulations of alginate, pluronic, PCL, or other gels, and pastes.
