CoHo aims at providing a hassle-free living experience driven by high class, tech enabled, services. Their model is to rent space from a landlord, convert it into cookie-cutter bedrooms that come with access to shared common space, games room, Wi-Fi connection and laundry services – and rent them out to bachelors. Moreover, they have developed an app for the residents for meal plans and rental payments, and a chat bot that assists them to book cabs, find the nearest eateries and recharge mobile phones. The minimum stay is six months and the monthly rent ranges from $125 to $390 (tiered pricing for single, double and triple occupancy). Apart from working professionals, CoHo's target customers are thousands of students who flock to India's capital to pursue higher studies every year.
