Co-founded by siblings Ayesha and Manisha Desai, Cornucopia has been spreading the recycle-and reuse message since 2017. It is an e-tail business which converts old clothes and discarded fabrics into bespoke quilts and cushion covers. The platform is making its presence felt as their quilts have found favour with celebrities like Milind Soman, Priyanka Chopra, Viranica Manchu, Boman Irani in its list. Its mission is to get people to look at their possessions in a new light. To rethink their consumption patterns. Through their products, it encourages people to try and extend the life-cycle of their clothes. It further aims to work on the principles of fair trade, environment sustainability and easy to access and environmentally friendly alternatives to plastic.
