Emertech Innovations has pioneered breakthrough solutions through original research and development in the fields of Blockchain and IoT in the sectors such as Agriculture, Healthcare, Disaster Management and Financial Inclusion. They are working on their vision to tap into the power of technology to deliver state-of-the-art services to all strata of the society and add unique value for the purpose of betterment of human life. They are providing their expertise to their clients in: Leveraging Emerging Technologies, Blockchain Technology, Artificial Intelligence and Internet of Things (IoT). Their flagship project is - Blockchain for Indian farmers – EmerTech Innovations has identified the problem faced by the farmers of India that since they are, on average, holding less than 1 hectare of land which is leading to less incentives for investment, less productivity and less bargaining problems for farmers. Thus, they are constantly at the mercy of middlemen/traders who are constantly exploiting them. They are trying to remedy this by forming farmer collectives. Them collate all these collectives on a single crop value chain on Blockchain platform that would lead to better price discovery. So, individual isolated farmers are brought together in a FPO (Farmer Producer Organisation) and these FPO’s are brought together on a shared Blockchain platform.
