Basic Information
Food Sutra by Mitali was founded by Mitali G Dutta in 2015. She conducts workshops on Indian cooking to tourists and train bakers in edible art. The startup has aided in the honing of culinary skills of individuals, explorations into rural communities and their cuisines to create sustainable livelihoods and also has been a source of encouragement to all learners imbibing a sense of financial independency into them. Her studio is the first culinary studio in Guwahati. The 3000 plus students that have learnt from Food Sutra by Mitali are from different parts of Northeast India and the travellers who have experienced her Culinary Tours were from Sri Lanka, Netherlands, Belgium, Brazil and United States.
