Founded in Dec 2019 by Sunil Jalihal and Padmaja Jalihal, Pune-based cultural startup Indic Inspirations narrates stories of India’s Traditions, Culture, Heritage & Achievements - through Indic Objects rendered through India’s Arts & Crafts and Artisanal Engineering. The startup has developed 40+ collections of Collectibles, Souvenirs and Merchandise including the Shunya Collection, Indian Dance, Yoga Tools, India The Republic and many more. D2C startup ships all over India. It also sells its products on the Amazon Karigar platform, through Resellers and will soon make them available at 5 Star Hotels and Airport Stores. The startup also delivers internationally to the USA, UK, Continental Europe, UAE, Australia & New Zealand. The products range from anywhere between Rs 250 to Rs 15,000+. In FY 21-22 Indic Inspirations processed 12,200 orders and sold 28,000 products in the year. The startup is currently working with 65+ crafts, and 400+ artisans around the country. In march 2021, it raised Rs 2.5 crore in an angel round with investors from California-USA, Singapore and India.
