Hyderabad-based Jarsh Safety is a design and manufacturing firm with more than five patents in the field of safety and security. Started in 2016, Jarsh Safety manufactures three unique products and is a design and OEM partner to JCB India and Godrej Security Solutions. Jarsh AC Helmets is the world’s first air-conditioned helmet and is sold not only in India but abroad as well. While the industrial helmet with a two-hour battery life is priced at Rs 5,000, the eight-hour battery life one sports a price tag of Rs 5,500. Apart from this they have also developed Jarsh CashClean® which is the world’s first cash sanitisation device, certified by ICMR approved laboratories as well as sWave, which is a sound based animal repellent device designed for use in rural and agricultural areas.
