Founded by Suman Sharma, Arun Kullu and Vedika Jhunjhunwala—all furniture designers—Mangrove specialises primarily in furniture and product design and production. Mangrove works on the principles of a ‘conscious’ process – from design to manufacture – an approach that celebrates local resources, cultural influences and a keen sensitivity to all stakeholders in the process and to environmental impact. The firm is led by a highly experienced team of furniture designers who bring on board a larger understanding of the demands of diverse design environments and an expertise in working with a range of materials such as timber, metal, stone, concrete, upholstery and different indigenous crafts. The team is committed to delighting users with products of the highest quality and innovation delivered with efficiency and reliability.
