Masai aims to introduce a new model of higher education in which the school invests in the students, instead of the other way round. They are a 21st-century career-focused skill-building school with a principles approach to solving the unemployment problem in India. They leverage models such as income share agreement, mastery-based progression among others. They aim to drive the change in higher education to outcome-based learning. Their core focus is to help the youth launch their career by focusing on discipline, attitude, problem-solving and logical capabilities in addition to core skill-building; thus churning out professionals who are capable of navigating the unknown and sought out by the best companies.
