Founded by Deepika Anu, Mayank Sharma, and Varun Narula nTalents Team has taken up the mission to bring highly needed objectivity and scale to these measurements which they call the BPC parameters - Behavioral, Psychometric and Cognitive. It is headquartered at NSRCEL, IIM Bangalore. The nTalents Talent Management tool utilises online assessment sessions that ask candidates to navigate job-specific scenarios in a gamified environment and explain or demonstrate what they would do in those circumstances. Powered with machine learning tools and Natural Language Processing (NLP) models, the AI-based nTalents assessment tool then creates a candidate’s 360 degree psychological and cognitive profile.
