Onco.com provides personalised scientific advice to cancer patients through its network of oncologists. It manages their end-to-end care by connecting them with relevant treatment centres, doctors and labs, and provides solutions to their medical problems. The Bengaluru-based startup was founded in 2016 by Rashie Jain and Amit Jotwani. In September 2019, the company raised $7 million (about ₹50 crore) in Series-A funding by Accel, Chiratae Venture and Dream Incubator. The platform has built a network of oncologists from India and the US, making their expert opinions available to cancer patients across the world, especially in the middle-income countries. The team followed this up with Onco Connect Services, wherein they provide personalised recommendations on the right oncologists and even connect patients with doctors. With its algorithms and other tech-powered solutions, Onco.com – that has served more than one lakh patients till date.
