New Delhi based Our Voix, a youth lead registered organisation, is on a mission to prevent Child Sexual Abuse. They are bringing India’s Voice together for a safer Childhood. Theirs is a not-for-profit organisation working on the prevention of Child Sexual Abuse. They believe and know Child Sexual Abuse is preventable and not inevitable. Our Voix conducts workshops and trainings for children, teachers, parents and stakeholders on prevention of child sexual abuse. Our Voix builds innovative child-friendly resources such as comic books and animated movies. The resources are providing a bridge to start the talk about the sensitive issue in a child-friendly manner with children, teachers and stakeholders. The resources are in the language that children understand and are made by the children and for the children. Moreover, since their animated movies are digital, they can easily be accessed by children pan India. They understand child sexual abuse is a scary thing. However, they want talking about it should not be. Their animated movies on child sexual abuse prevention have been featured on the official website of the National Commission for Protection of Child Rights and on Hungama. Our Voix work has been featured in the Times of India, Femina, Ndtv, Fever FM 104, The Logical Indian, Yahoo, Brut India, among others.
