The project management industry stands at $7 trillion; however, they waste almost $9 for every $100 spent due to poor project management delivery. Further, almost a staggering 37% of projects fail and never complete or reach their goals. That's a big problem in the industry. And perhaps there is no magic bullet. It is a complex system and there is a need for a multitude of solutions needed to increase the success rate of projects. Prothoughts attempts to solve this problem by Creating Awareness and Providing Learning Solutions to inculcate the best practices of project management.
