QikPod aims to establish a network of intelligent lockers for delivering ecommerce parcels to online shoppers across the metros.
Basic Information
Founded by Ravi Gururaj, QikPod allows a customer to have their e-commerce shopping parcels delivered to a QikPod locker at a location of their choice. The startup’s plan is to build the world’s largest parcel locker network with over 50,000 lockers across all major metro cities in India. A customer can register with QikPod and choose the location they want to use. After that, they give the QikPod warehouse as their delivery location. Once the package reaches QikPod, their delivery personnel will bring the parcel to the customer’s locker, and send an OTP to them, after which the customer can go pick up the package anytime within two days. QikPod is looking at monetising by charging a nominal amount from sellers. The QikPod locker network covers residential, commercial and retail locations.
