Schmancy was started in 2013 with a vision to provide high quality, designer packaging to small business owners. Packaging has been around for decades, but Schmancy focusses on providing the same level of packaging, at one point afforded by privileged brands to every start up and small businesses without having to worry about minimum quantities. Their product offerings in terms of food packaging is divided into verticals i.e. bakery packaging and takeaway packaging. The former includes boxes for brownies, cakes, cakesicles, tall cake boxes, macarons etc. while the latter has pizza boxes, biodegradable boxes, dosa and paper boxes, noodle boxes, cutlery and straws among others.
